Process for Calcium hypo production
The process consists of a liquid phase three stage gas/liquid/solid reaction followed by slurry filtration, filter cake wet granulation and drying.
Proper size granules are then packaged into drums where fine and oversized particles are recycled. Filtration liquor, containing 10% approx. active chlorine can be used as bleaching solution or further processed.

Uses of Calcium hypo 68%
- Water treatment: disinfecting city and well water, disinfecting water tanks, removal and prevention of the growth of algae in tanks.
- Swimming pools: disinfecting of swimming pools, control and prevention of the growth of algae, disinfecting and cleaning of various facilities at swimming pools, i.e.: floors, locker rooms, toilets and foot baths.
- Bleaching: bleaching of cotton yarn and cotton cloth. Bleaching of hemp laundries. Bleaching and disinfecting infants' clothing and white surgical robes.
- Industry: disinfecting facilities at meat processing plants, dairies, canning factories, soft drink factories and sugar refineries, disinfecting bottles and water used in the production of soft drinks, bleaching and disinfecting raw vegetables and fruits.
