Annual Statement of UHDENORA's Management
Herewith we have the pleasure to inform you about the situation of our Company during the fiscal year 2011.
Throughout the fiscal year 2011, the Management provided the Board of Directors and their Supervisory Members with continuous and comprehensive information regarding all relevant business activities, company plans and business performance.
The year 2011 was for UHDENORA a great success. Not only that we were able to present the best order intake result in the company’s history with 94 Mill. Euro, but also the revenues obtained were in line with the planned figure of 69.8 Mill. Euro.
In February 2011 UHDENORA celebrated 10 years from its foundation. It was a wonderful event during which UHDENORA employees celebrated together with the representatives of the two Shareholders the good results of the past ten years while the management made its commitment to continue the success story of UHDENORA also for the years to come.
In April 2011 we successfully held our second Chinese Chlorine Symposium in Suzhou (Shanghai). Dedicated to UHDENORA’s Chinese customers, the Symposium was the occasion to present the latest UHDENORA technical developments and its improved After Sales Services in one of our key markets.
An important highlight of 2011 was UHDENORA’s performance to achieve in time the delivery schedule of the skid mounted modules for project Leuna Harze, which was due November 2011, only 6 months after contract signature. Thus the first electrolysis plant of this kind shall reach the Mechanical Completion as scheduled, to the complete satisfaction of Thyssenkrupp Uhde/Germany (the Contractor) and Leuna Harze GmbH (the owner).
For the restless dedication of all UHDENORA team members in their activity, I herewith thank all employees and associates for their commendable commitment. I address also my thanks to the Executive Board and Supervisory Members for their practical and constructive co-operation in the interest of the company.
