Technical Services of UHDENORA are organized in a series of integrated activities to support our customers during every phase of the operation of their plants according to our ISO 9001: 2008 quality certification.
With an experience of almost 170 Uhde and UHDENORA plants in 30 countries under service, our Technical Services can provide a full spectrum of activities to maintain plants working at the best efficiency during normal operation as well as during planned maintenance.
Our remembraning and Recoating Service will allow our customers to select the right moment for remembraning the electrolyzers, when the best trade off between the cost of electricity and investment for new membrane is achieved.
Our Recoating Service, thanks to our synergies with Industrie De Nora on recoating and renting of cells, is the best cost effective solution for those activities.
The Plant Upgrade Service is designed to provide our customers with the continuous improvement of plant performances through the technical upgrading of existing equipment to the most recent Uhde and UHDENORA technologies, including the training of local personnel and providing the proper supervision where requested.
The direct delivery of the complete set of Spare Parts for electrolyzers and plant equipments is an important part of our Technical Services as well.
Our Technical Services can provide to our customers full Technical Consultancy and Assistance in a wide range of activities: optimization of chlor alkali plants, cost analysis and cost forecasting, environmental and safety survey and the latest technical developments on revamping activities of existing plants technologies.
